With her strong, intuitive, nurturing hands, Heather is passionate about helping her Clients recover from injuries, pain and to ultimately relax.

I am a Registered Massage Therapist with over 10 years of extensive experience in manual therapy, and have experience treating a wide range of conditions. I assess the needs of each Client through pre treatment consultation. Since every individual and case is so unique, I specifically tailor the best treatment plan and approach for each Client’s treatment needs and goals to ensure that they receive the most appropriate and effective results.

What are the top 3 treatments you specialize in?
I specialize in a variety of treatments, however my top three are Deep tissue, Swedish massage, and Trigger point therapy. I have been practicing these techniques for over 10 years and have developed an expertise in these areas.

What cases do I enjoy and why?
I enjoy working with every Client and treating a wide variety of conditions, however I really enjoy treating issues such as, tension headaches, chronic back, neck, and shoulder pain. Back, neck, shoulder pain and tension is all too common. I have personally suffered from chronic back pain and tension headaches so I know first hand how much it can affect your every day life. Whether the pain is caused by work, injury, or daily life stresses, I love being able to help give people relief from pain, tension and stress so they can live their best life.
