Yonge & St Clair | Victor Lee, RMT
Profile Description
I graduated York University in 2020 with a Bachelor of Arts Specialized Honors in Kinesiology & Health Science. Shortly after graduating, I continued my education and become registered as a kinesiologist, however decided to pursue a career in Massage Therapy instead and graduated from Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy in 2023. When I’m not at work, I’m regularly playing basketball, running, or playing games.
- Why should patients choose you as their provider instead of others in the area?
I have a background in anatomy and sports and have seen and experienced many issues for the exact reasons patients would come to massage for. This allows me to relate and create specific treatment plans and goals for individual patients in order to give the best care I can.
- What are the top three treatments that you specialize in?
I treat a wide variety of conditions; however, my top 3 treatments are relaxation, deep tissue and myofascial release.
- What are you proud of in your practice?
I am proud when I am able to provide pain-relief or improvements in movements that can lead to a better quality of life when it comes to activities of daily living.
- Which cases do you enjoy treating? Why?
I love being able to treat patients with any sort of chronic back, neck and shoulder pain because it is the most common issue in today’s modern age. As a result, I am able to benefit a larger population for those seeking Massage Therapy as a form of healthcare.
