Mark is an experienced registered massage therapist. His passion is to be the best health practitioner.  He graduated from the College of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Pharmacology Canada.  Mark’s patient-centred approach involves working with patients through their unique goals and investigating the root cause of dysfunction and pain. He applies Acupressure massage as a part of his treatment when it is needed. Currently he is studying acupuncture and shiatsu. Outside of the clinic, he enjoys playing Tai Chi, biking, and cooking for his family. Mark is fluent in English and Mandarin.

I understand that each patient has different treatment goals. I listen to my patients in order to find out the root causes of their concerns. My goal is to ensure that I can acknowledge all your needs and help you return to your normal and better daily living.

What are you proud of in your practice?

Patients come in with pain or discomfort. They need our help. By using specific techniques along side my years of experience, I am most proud to see my patients return to a healthier condition with a smile. This also encourage me to continue to provide my best massage therapy to my patients.

Which cases do you enjoy treating? Why?

I am a results person. Patients’ needs are my top priorities. I can treat many different cases, such as more pressure from the workplace and less time for exercise leading to neck, shoulder stiffness and pain, lower back pain etc. I really enjoy the process of problem solving and finding the appropriate solution.

What are the top 3 treatments that you focus on?

I really enjoy Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, and hot stone massage. Of course, I also incorporate a variety of exercises rehabilitation and education to enhance my clients’ health outcomes.
