Why should patients choose you as their provider instead of others in the area?
Through my Athletics, I have personally experienced and successfully rehabbed many significant injuries such as ACL reconstruction surgery, 3 torn meniscus, 2 grade II – hamstring strains, a rotator cuff tear and other minor injuries. I have the utmost appreciation for the human body and how it can work to its fullest potential. My goal is to provide individual treatments that are specifically tailored for you by understanding why pain symptoms are presenting themselves and relieving any underlying issues and joint restrictions to help promote a better daily living.
What are the top 3 treatments that you focus on?
The techniques that I use vary for each individual. The techniques in my toolbox include: acupuncture, fascial stretch therapy, cranial sacral therapy, cupping, gua sha, myofascial scan, motion release, joint mobilizations, sports massage, trigger point therapy and deep tissue techniques.
What are you proud of in your practice?
I take pride in my passion to be the best health practitioner that I can be. I bring the same dedication I had from my Athletics and I take pride in working on my craft to provide treatment that is tailored specifically to my clients’ needs by constantly upgrading and advancing my knowledge through ongoing learning.
Which cases do you enjoy treating? Why?
I enjoy treating all kinds of cases. The most important aspect to me is helping you achieve your short term and long term goals.
