Jennifer has been an RMT since 2003, in good standing with College of Massage Therapists of Ontario.
She has worked in a variety of settings and she taught a massage therapy program for over 15 years.  She currently sits as an elected member of the board for the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario.

After 20+ years as an RMT, I am just as invested in your treatment and wellness as I was in my first year.  I am able to adapt my treatment to individual patient needs so regardless of why you’re seeking treatment, I will be able to meet your goals.

What are you proud of in your practice?

I am most proud of building a career that I am still passionate about 20 years into it. My practice focus has changed over the years but the fundamentals remain the same. Creating a therapeutic relationship that feels safe, supportive and empowering has always been my goal and it remains the goal with every patient I treat!

What are the top 3 treatments that you specialize in?

I want each patient to feel like they are a partner in their own healthcare.  Patient education is a keystone to my practice. I also feel that therapeutic massage and relaxation can be in the same treatment! I make sure that calming the nervous system is a primary part of each treatment that I do!

Which cases do you enjoy treating? Why?

While I truly enjoy each person I meet and each treatment I do, I can say I do get excited to treat people for their first massage therapy experience. I feel honoured to get to introduce them to massage therapy and I love when it exceeds their expectations!
