Nishad graduated from the University of Mumbai, India, with a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy. Nishad’s drive towards physical therapy starts from his inner interest for an active lifestyle and playing sports. Nishad’s passion and understanding of physical rehabilitation started off while playing as a varsity soccer player. Today, that passion fuels his work as a physiotherapist and his mission to help clients to make the most of their bodies.

Nishad continued his education after graduating by completing Taping certification in 2016, and FIFA Football medicine diploma in 2017.

Nishad often enjoys long distance running, Soccer and going on trails.

I am passionate about empowering patients to reach their milestones by choosing an integrated approach for assessments and treatments. I believe in providing customized fitness programs to my clients by prioritizing active collaboration to maximize the results. Also, I look forward to including a combination of manual therapy, soft tissue release, and exercise prescription to achieve better outcomes.

What are the top 3 treatments that you specialize in?
Exercise therapy, soft tissue release, and joint mobilization. I strongly believe in providing care with a mixture of hands-on therapy and exercise prescription leading to efficient client care.

What are you proud of in your practice?
I am proud of following a holistic approach that enables clients to be active participants in their care. Also, I am most proud of educating the clients regarding their expectations with respect to the treatment and future goals.

Which cases do you enjoy treating? Why?

I possess an extensive skillset in treating post-op clients, to help them get back to their previous level and build from there. I also enjoy working with diverse athletes, as I believe we share a few common things!
